Former Manchester United star, Phil Neville, has put his Hale mansion on the market for a reported fee of £3.5m.
Neville, who made 263 appearances for United before moving to Everton, is thought to have put his house on the market as he is moving to Spain to take up a role as assistant manager of Valencia.
The six-bedroom house, spread out over four floors and 10,000 square feet, is located on Hill Top and features a games room, cinema room, gym, steam room, sauna and spa swimming pool.
There are also some classic footballer add-ons – including a custom pool table, a room full of framed shirts, an indoor football pitch and even a lift servicing all four floors.
The shirts of ex-United teammates, David Beckham, Paul Scholes Ryan Giggs and the 38-year-old’s brother, Gary, can be seen proudly mounted on the wall.
Gascoigne Halman, the estate agents selling the property through Rightmove, describes it as “technologically one of the most advanced houses on the market”, with CCTV, integrated music and video systems, and computerised lighting.
