Senator Dino Melaye has alleged that he has received two international calls threatening him to ‘back off’ the issues around the 5G mobile network.
The former Kogi West lawmaker said in a tweet on Sunday that he was told that the 5G network was bigger than presidents of nations.
“I have received 2 international calls threatening me and warning me to back off the 5G issue,” he said.
“I was told by the last caller that 5G is bigger than presidents of nations so I should stop. And I told him it is not bigger than God. I am not killable by man.”
Melaye has been making a case against the 5G network, saying it poses danger to the world.
Experts have dismissed any link between 5G and coronavirus.
The Federal Government has also said it is yet to grant licence for the use of the network, adding that experts are considering all sides.
