Nollywood practitioners and former couple, Faithia Williams and Saidi Balogun, have celebrated their birthday on Tuesday.
The former lovebirds born on the same day celebrated the occasion with posts on Instagram.
Faithia Williams who turned 50 shared a series of pictures to celebrate the special day.
“Birthday is a reminder of how far God has taken us and the beautiful future he has ahead of us. I am super grateful for another opportunity to start again,” she captioned one of the pictures.
Third Party actor, Saidi Balogun celebrated his 52nd birthday with a picture thanking God for his life.
“It is yet another February 5th and I cannot but be grateful to the Almighty God for allowing me to see yet another birthday of mine! There is no doubt that God has been wonderful to me over the years and especially in the last 365 days! I give Him all the glory for all He has done and will continue to do in my life! Thank you Baba God,” he wrote.
Faithia Williams and Saidi Balogun wedded on September 2000 at the Ikorodu Marriage Registry in Lagos.
Their marriage produced two children, Khalid and Aliyah Balogun.
The lovebirds separated for a few years before getting officially divorced on January 17, 2014.
Faithia reverted to her maiden name, ‘Williams,’ three years after the divorce was finalised.
Despite the divorce, both actors have been spotted in public together, most notably at the 40th birthday party of colleague Mercy Aigbe, in January 2018 where they famously danced together.
