Former spiritual leader and chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Movement Church Worldwide Prophet Samuel Abidoye will be buried on April 27, 2024.
Abidoye died on November 12, 2023 aged 103.
He will be buried at his mausoleum sited at Galilee Land, the church’s international headquarters in Orile-Igbon, Oyo, according to burial arrangements seen on Monday.
The funeral service is scheduled to be conducted by president of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Most Rev Daniel Okoh.
Guests will be entertained afterwards at Galilee Land Primary and Secondary School playing ground.

According to the burial programme announced by the Baba Aladura burial committee, chaired by chairman/CEO of Chemstar Group Remi Awode, the activities will begin on April 22 with service of songs at Galilee Church auditorium to be anchored by the youth, women fellowship and children.
Another service of songs and tributes will be held on April 23. It will be anchored by the council of pastors, prophets, evangelists, teachers and model churches.
On April 24, there will be sports and night of tributes featuring football and handball matches by students of C&S College, Ilorin, Kwara State capital. There will be tributes from representatives of Galilee Land committee, funeral committee, family, diaspora, and unification church.
Abidoye’s body will on April 25 leave the mortuary for Omu-Aran, Kwara State, his hometown, for lying-in-state at Ile Nla, Omu-Aran and GSS Field, Omu-Aran.
On April 26, there will be wake and praise night at Galilee Land. There will also be night of tributes by conference secretariat, management committee, conference advisory committee, family and board of trustees of the church.
