Ex-governor of Zamfara Abdulaziz Yari and former Sokoto governor Senator Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto North) on Wednesday visited national leader of the All Progressives Congress Bola Tinubu in London.
Tinubu is reportedly recovering from knee surgery in the United Kingdom and has been there for months.
Yari and Wamakko are both APC members.
President Muhammadu Buhari had on August 13 visited Tinubu. The president was in London for an education summit and used the opportunity to see his doctors.
Last week, among Tinubu’s visitors were Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi, Governors Rotimi Akeredolu and Kayode Fayemi.
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu was the first high-profile politician to visit Tinubu in London.
