Former senior associate editor of Tell magazine, Dele Agekameh, has died at the age of 60.
Mr Agekameh, who until his death was a columnist for PREMIUM TIMES and The Nation newspaper, died on Friday night after battling renal disorder for several years.
He was confirmed dead at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Before joining Tell, Agekameh worked for Champion newspaper and Newswatch magazine.
He left TELL in 2004 to set up Quicklink International Network, publishers of The Capitol International Magazine.

His last column titled DIG Lakanu: Farewell To A Supercop was published on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, two days to his death.
It was a tribute to Taiwo Lakanu, a deputy inspector general of police (DIG), who is retired a day after Agekameh’s death.
