Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha, has stated that Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, who was arrested for hosting a birthday party in violation of the coronavirus lockdown, is not known for controversies.
The 24-year-old stated this when she shared a message of support for the 42-year-old actress and her husband, JJC Skillz, on Instagram on Thursday.
She wrote, “Stay strong @funkejenifaakindele & @jjcskillz it’s only a phase that will pass… We all know @funkeakinde doesn’t do controversies or outrightly break laws and this was definitely not deliberate…”
Funke and JJC Skillz, in whose honour the party was organised, were on Monday sentenced to 14 days of community service and ordered to pay a fine of N100,000 each.
