Actress Funke Akindele has prayed for her colleague and friend Kemi Afolabi following the latter’s illness.
Kemi, in an interview with Chude Jideonwo, said her doctor told her she has only five years to live after revealing she has lupus.
In an Instagram post on Monday, Funke shared the video of the interview, thanking Kemi for being strong, adding that divine healing is her portion.
“Kemi, Thank you for being so Strong. God’s got you, my sister. Divine healing is your portion darling. Thank you @chudeity for this interview,” she wrote.
During the interview, Kemi revealed that Funke was one of those who supported and encouraged her.
“I have sold my cars, property, capital for business and Funke Akindele has been helpful, Toyin Abraham, Mercy Aigbe and others reached out and have been there…but I still need more support to be able to continue with my medication,” she said.
