Two years after their marriage almost crashed, Nollywood actress, Mide Martins, and her husband, Afeez Abiodun, are counting the blessings of salvaging their union.
Mide, who celebrated her 39th birthday on Thursday, carried the joy over to Friday as the man popularly known as Afeez Owo also clocked a year older.
In a series of messages posted on Instagram, the actress celebrated the man she calls her backbone, wondering what life would have been without him.
“Having you as my husband has been the greatest blessing from Almighty Allah,” she wrote.
Mide is the daughter of the late actress, Funmi Martins, who died on May 7, 2002.
She has been married to Afeez, her mother former’s personal assistant, for 14 years, and they have two daughters together.
