Amazon’s ‘Fleabag’ upset the bookmakers for best comedy, picking up four awards in all, including acting and writing honours for its star, Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

HBO had the most wins of the night, with nine to Amazon’s seven and Netflix’s four.
