Former governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Osolo of Isolo in Lagos State Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka.
Oba Agbabiaka died aged 64 shortly after observing the Eid prayers on Wednesday, April 10.
Mr Rhodes-Vivour shared photos and videos of his visit on X on Thursday, adding that the monarch’s death left a deep void.
“I visited the palace of the late Osolo of Isolo, Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka, to grieve with his family, and the people of Isolo and to pay my respect to a royal father whom I greatly admired,” he wrote.

“Oba Kabiru Agbabiaka has left behind a deep void, and I pray that the almighty grants his family the fortitude to bear this painful loss.”
Oba Agbabiaka spent 20 years on the throne.
He was buried at his palace at 3/5 Akinbaye Street, Isolo, according to Islamic rites.
