Following the successful premiere of her Road to Yesterday in Enugu on November 18, Genevieve Nnaji is set to take the movie to Nigeria’s capital city of Abuja.
She made the announcement on her Instagram page on Tuesday with the message “#roadtoyesterday next stop #fctabuja”
The world premiere of the movie was held on the closing night of the 2015 Africa International Film Festival on Friday, November 13.
Directed by Ishaya Bako, Road to Yesterday is a love story about a couple desperate to mend their marriage on a road trip to a relative’s funeral.
However when memories and secrets from the past are revealed, a lot more is at stake than their relationship.
Genevieve stars in the movie alongside Oris Erhuero, Majid Michel, Chioma ‘Chigul’ Omeruah and Ebele Okaro.
