Nigerian economist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Tony Elumelu, has advised Nigerians who sit behind their desks to move around in order to get enough vitamin D.
In an Instagram post on Friday, the 55-year-old revealed that he strolls around his office premises to appreciate the sunshine.
“Some of us spend so much time behind our desks most days that we don’t get enough vitamin D. I decided to take a stroll around my office grounds to appreciate the sunshine” he wrote.
Tony Elumelu, the father of seven, is the Chairman of Heirs Holdings, United Bank for Africa, Transcorp, and founder of The Tony Elumelu Foundation.
