The management of a hotel at Amukpe area of Sapele town in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State has found a girl dead in one of the rooms.
According to a report by The Nation on Friday, the corpse of the unnamed girl was found after the hotel workers spotted her male partner trying to leave the hotel premises.
The man said to be the deceased’s boyfriend had shared a drink with the girl at the hotel’s bar before heading to the room.

The cause of her death has not been established.
Delta police spokesman, Adeyinka Adeleke, has confirmed the arrest of the male partner.
“Be careful about that story because we don’t know the reason or what might have killed her. But they said they are suspecting fumigation,” Mr Adeleke was quoted saying.
