Gospel singer Ebuka Songs has reacted to Moses Bliss’ revelation that he left Spotlite Nation before completing his three-year contract.
Speaking on a podcast, Ebuka admitted he was not entirely pleased with some of the remarks made during the interview.
While expressing disappointment, he confirmed that he and Moses Bliss had resolved their differences.
“I was a bit sad to hear some of the things that were said about me in that interview,” he said.
In December 2024, Moses Bliss, founder of Spotlite Nation, addressed the controversy surrounding Ebuka’s departure during a press conference at The Experience concert in Lagos, where both artistes performed separately.
“There are no issues between me and Ebuka Songs. Of course, he was signed to Spotlite Nation, but he said he just wanted to do things on his own,” Moses stated.
He further revealed that Ebuka left 11 months into his contract, which was meant to last three years.
“I prayed about it and said, ‘You can go.’ I hold no grudge against him; the goal is for Jesus to be seen,” the Daddy Wey Dey Pamper singer added.
Ebuka had previously cited a “clash of visions” as the reason for his exit from the label in May 2024.
