Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the February 23 elections, Atiku Abubakar, has tasked Nigerians to vote for the candidates of his party in the forthcoming governorship/state assembly/FCT council polls on Saturday.
Atiku said this in a video posted on Twitter on Thursday morning.
The former vice president expressed his gratitude for the massive votes his party got during the presidential and National Assembly elections.
He then urged voters to come out even more without fear of intimidation or violence to exercise their civic duties once again.
“I express my profound gratitude for the massive votes you gave my party – the PDP, during the Presidential and National elections. As we move to the governorship & state elections on March 9, I urge you to come out in larger numbers to peacefully vote for PDP, from top to bottom,” Atiku said.
