At the School for Special Needs on Wednesday, Mrs Abdulrazaq said the state government was leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that the institution was repositioned for sterling performance.
She urged the authorities of the school to guide and monitor the children as they were susceptible to abuse due to their condition.
“Educating students with special needs in a way addresses their individual differences hence diverse interventions are designed to help individual students to achieve a higher level of self-sufficiency and success in the school and their communities,” she said.
At the Children Reception Centre, she said that the government was not resting on its oars in improving the living standards of all Kwarans irrespective of their condition.
