Wife of the General Overseer (GO) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Folu Adeboye, has showered praises on her husband, Enoch Adeboye, on his 78th birthday.
Pastor Folu, in a post on Instagram on Monday, said Adeboye has been everything to her – a friend, a confidant, a defender, a prayer partner, and a lover.
“My dear Boye, you are wonderful, unique, handsome, strong and amazing. Growing old with you takes the sting out of old age. You have brought vast amounts of joy into my life and blessed me in too many ways to count,” the 71-year-old said.
She added that she had no complaints about the years she has spent with the RCCG leader, adding that she prays he is blessed with all his heart desires.
Daddy and Mummy GO, as the pair are affectionately called, got married in 1967 shortly after Adeboye completed his first degree at the University of Lagos graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
Their union has produced four children — three male and a female.
