Heavy gunfire has been recorded at the Ikoyi Correctional Centre as inmates attempt to force a jailbreak following a string of such occurrences facilitated by hoodlums.
It was gathered that policemen and soldiers have arrived to prevent a possible prison break.
The atmosphere around the prison has been filled with smoke.
