Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has shared a video on set with actors, Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme, on her 19th birthday.
The 33-year-old movie star posted the video on Instagram on Thursday.
Posting the video, she wrote: “I was 19 (1863 AD)here cos it was my birthday on set ✍🏻tbt🤣🤣it was a love film. Memories chei😊😊😆thx for this video🙏🏻.”
In 2017, it was initially feared that Halima Abubakar was battling with cancer as pictures of the actress looking emaciated with her head shaved clean surfaced on the internet.
It later emerged that she suffering from complications of a fibroid removal surgery she had earlier in the year.
Halima began her acting career in 2001 with a minor role in the movie titled Rejected. Her first lead role was in Gangster Paradise.
The Kano-born actress has starred in movie such as Slip of Fate, Tears of a Child, Secret Shadows, Gangster Paradise, Area Mama and Men in Love.
