Five Star Music act, Harrysong, has apologised to his fans after a large number of people reacted negatively to an Instagram post many described as reckless.
Angered by abuses directed at him over the pink lipstick and foundation he used in a promo picture, the 35-year-old born Harrison Tare Okiri had his “fans” and “followers” to give him their address so he could know them better.
The ‘Reggae Blues’ singer didn’t say what knowing his fans better would entail but some were of the opinion that such interactions would get ugly.
Coming at a time when he is planning a peace concert scheduled for Delta State on July 31, critics were quick to point out that the artiste should not be making such subtle threat.
The reactions came thick and fast with many of them expletive-laden.
Left with no other choice but to say sorry, Harrysong ended with a message that he was only joking and that he loves his fans.
