Singer, Harrysong, has shared his experience with an alleged scammer, who tried to get him to disclose his bank account details.
The 39-year-old shared the phone conversation between him and the alleged scammer on Instagram on Monday
This Mr Kennedy Bayo, bank customer care… Are you not Mr Harrison….,” the alleged scammer says.
Harrysong replied, “Yes I’m Harrison what bank is this?
The alleged scammer replied, “From the very first bank. You mean you don’t know the bank you submitted you date of birth and BVN to…?”
“Harrysong captioned the video, “This boy wan play me wayo, thief my money. Pls listen till the end and give this upcoming yahoo boy a better advice.”
This is not the first time the ‘Mandela’ singer has shared his experience with alleged scammer.
In January 2019, he called out two twin brothers who according to him, pretended to be a single mother in order to win a giveaway on his page.
‘I keep telling young people: you don’t need to steal or defraud people to be successful in life, just be a bit patient and trust in your journey’.
“I did a giveaway for journey story on this page & these boys used a fake page & pretended to be a single mother with a baby, my manager found out it was a scam & we got them eventually after the money had been transferred to them.
“Please shun fraud & don’t use your bad attitude to block other people’s opportunities, there’s dignity in labor. There’s risk in fraud, if I was a bad person I for do them strong thing,” he wrote on Instagram.
