Talks about Adekunle Gold and Simi dating won’t go away anytime soon going by how the two carry on online and offline.
The ‘Orente’ singer gave fans reasons to further speculate on Sunday morning when he congratulated Simi for winning three awards at the Headies 2018 held in Lagos on Saturday.
Simi was one of the biggest winners of the night with three awards; namely best R&B single with ‘Smile for Me’, recording of the year with ‘Joromi’ and album of the year with Simisola.
To celebrate the feat, Adekunle Gold uploaded her picture to Instagram with the letter “3” indicating the number of awards she won.
He did not congratulate Davido and Wizkid who also emerged big winners or any other winner for that matter.
Responding to allegation that he was robbed by organisers of the awards, the 31-year-old said: “Simi won 3 for us.”

Adekunle Gold was not the only one snubbed by judges of the Headies. Owner of his former label, Olamide, did not win any award even with his hit, ‘Wo’.
The former YBNL artiste is, however, focused on releasing his second album titled About 30 later in the year.
He had a performance at Terra Kulture in Lagos on Friday to promote the album.
His debut album, Gold, released in 2016 featured only Simi as guest artiste.
