Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage, has returned to the set of Funke Akindele’s hit comedy series, Jenifa’s Diary.
Mrs Tunji Balogun was all smiles in a picture shared on Funke Akindele’s Instagram page on Wednesday with the caption “#JenifasDiary #season6 #filming with @tiwasavage #superstar #Ilovemytiwa #strongwoman #womensupportingwomen #godsgonnatroubledawater”
Tiwa, who last week granted an emotional interview to Azuka Ogujiugba of ThisDay about her marital woes, appears to have picked herself up and has returned to location for Jenifa’s Diary season 6.
She made her debut on the set last week before her husband’s publicised meltdown
The award-winning musician, who has been featured on MTV Drama series, Shuga, has a lot in common with Ms Akindele.
Funke was involved in a marital crisis of her own a few years ago when her one-year marriage to Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede ended amid infidelity rumours.
Incidentally, Tiwa attended Funke’s wedding with Tee Billz, who was her manager then.
