Former beauty queen Helen Prest-Ajayi on Thursday celebrated six women she described as her super sisters.
She shared a picture of the women on Instagram at the burial of her husband Tosin Ajayi.
“These women are Amazons every one of them a Giant Slayer,” she wrote. “People say show me your friends I tell you who you are. They are all different but I can see a little bit of me in all of them (don’t try and guess). I realised what truly binds us though, is their core attributes of empathy, kindness and humanity. My Super Sisters.”
Among the women are media personalities Ruth Osime and Mo Abudu, Karen Koshoni and June Tejuoso.
The women helped the ex-beauty queen through a difficult funeral where she clashed with the children of the deceased and his first wife.
