Chief executive officer of Access Holdings Plc Herbert Wigwe on Tuesday got a special treatment from the company’s staff in celebration of his 57th birthday.
On arrival for the day’s work, he was greeted with a salute by the security officers.
Mr Wigwe acknowledged them and walked into the building. There, he saw members of staff in a decorated room, singing for him.
Wigwe expressed appreciation to them for the gesture.
The bank chief shared a video on X showing how he was celebrated.
He said, “A big thank you to my Access Nation tribe… my second family for coming together to make this day unforgettable.”

Earlier, he wrote on X that he was thankful for another year.
“Grateful for another year of life, love, and the African spirit on my birthday.
“I wish for prosperity, unity, and boundless opportunities for Africa,” he said.
