The family of the late former group chief executive officer of Access Holdings Plc Herbert Wigwe has announced a six-day funeral plan.
Mr Wigwe, his wife Chizoba and first son Chizi died in a helicopter crash in Southern California, United States on February 9.
The former group chairman of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group), Abimbola Ogunbanjo, and two crew members who were also on the helicopter died.
According to Wigwe’s family, the funeral will begin with a celebration of the professional legacy of Wigwe at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos on March 4.

The lives of Wigwe’s wife and son will be celebrated in separate ceremonies scheduled for March 5 at Eko Hotel and Suites, before a night of tributes a day later at the same venue.
A combined service of songs will be held on March 7 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Resurrection Parish, Lekki followed by a wake at Wigwe University, Isiokpo, Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State on March 8.
The combined funeral service is scheduled for March 9 at RCCG, Lion of Judah Parish, Isiokpo. This will be followed by a private interment.
The funeral will be rounded off with an outing service at the RCCG, Lion of Judah Parish, Isiokpo on March 10.
For Ogunbanjo, the funeral began on Tuesday with an afternoon of tributes organised by the NGX Group and Coronation Group.
A service of songs and night of tributes will be held on February 29 followed by a funeral service on March 1 at Church of the Nativity, Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos. Private interment will follow at The Anchorage, Erunwon.
