The march, which lasted for almost five hours amid the rain, caused a heavy traffic on the road until they reached the Isaac Boro Park, where they started singing and dancing again.
As they danced, some of them could be heard urging the people to get their permanent voters card.
Speaking at the event, Hilda Dokubo lamented the rising cost of living across the country, stressing that it was time for the youths to over.
She said: “Please no one should remind us of the pains of the last seven plus years! We will be better if we rid ourselves of the inequality, fear, discrimination and injustice not to think of the acute corruption that this administration has plagued us with. It is time to #takenaijaback #cleanupnaija #rebuildnaija.”
Several videos from the event were also posted on her Instagram account on Saturday.
“A new Nigeria is possible. The PVCs are ready so if you registered last year up to December 2021 go and pickup your card from the inec office in your LOcal government area. Let us #takebacknaija #cleanupnaija #rebuildnaija,” she captioned one of the videos.
