Philanthropist and businessman Tony Elumelu and some members of his family on Saturday attended the O2 Arena concert of superstar Davido.
Mr Elumelu, being a lover of music, was dressed in black for the occasion and had his dancing shoes.
The chairman of UBA had in December 2021 displayed his love for music by hosting a party which had the likes of Davido, Wizkid and Burna Boy in attendance.
At the O2 Arena which was sold out, Elumelu met Super Eagles players Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi who both play for Leicester City in the English Premier League. Earlier in the day, Iheanacho had provided a crucial assist which gave his club a 1-0 win against Leeds.
Actress Eniola Badmus was spotted all around Davido at the show. Aside her all access entry, Eniola shuttled between the backstage and the stage of the event centre where she filmed and hobnobbed with Davido and other members of the 30BG crew.
Meanwhile, Davido had a grand entry into the show, appearing on the stage in a well-lit cube that hung in the middle of the 20,000 capacity filled arena.
He opened the show with his 2013 hit song, ‘Skelewu’. At the start, the singer wore a customised Dolce and Gabbana jacket and trousers embellished with crystals reportedly worth N10.4 million ($25,000). He later opted for a second outfit for the night, sporting a white T-shirt and shorts all from the Puma luxury range.
Superstars such as Ckay and Adekunle Gold also did not disappoint the crowd with their performances.
Davido had the support of his family on the night as his children and siblings were present at the arena.
