Frank Harvey Logan, a disciple of the late Prophet TB Joshua, founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), has narrated how he met his wife Folashade during his time at the Lagos-based church.
The preacher now runs his own church called Faith, Hope and Love Ministries in Tampa, Florida, United States.
Logan and Folashade first met in 2011 under Joshua as evangelists in training.
Logan explained in an Instagram post on Saturday, January 8, “As evangelists in training, they worked closely together in different departments doing various assignments in the Lord’s vineyard. As they worked diligently to complete their tasks, they would compete, argue, and even report each other. Although they had no intimate relationship, they became familiar with each other’s weaknesses and strengths as a sister and brother in Christ.
“As the years passed by, Frank began to appreciate in his heart, not only Folashade’s beauty, but more importantly, her consistency and faithfulness as a prayerful woman. Unfortunately, he never told her how he felt. Suddenly, in 2019, Folashade left the ministry to pursue her education never informing Frank or leaving him her contact information. Frank was disappointed that he had never told Folashade the feelings in his heart and thought he would never see her again. He also left back to the USA the following year.”
Logan added that fate brought them back together in the beginning of 2021 when he returned to Nigeria to volunteer for a Christian event.
“When a close friend told Folashade that Frank was in Nigeria again, she asked him to give Frank her number. Seeing it as a second chance from God, Frank didn’t waste time letting Folashade know he wanted to be more than just a brother to her.
“The Atlantic Ocean was not big enough to separate them as they got to know each other on a more personal level throughout the year as they spoke daily on the phone. Frank invited Folashade to visit him in the USA and before she even arrived, he had her engagement ring ready knowing she was his bride to be to the glory of Jesus,” he said.
The preacher, who was born and raised in the United States, wedded Folashade on December 18, 2021, at Sand Key Beach in Florida.
