Actress Funke Akindele has lavished praise on fellow actor and singer Falz, expressing admiration for his good looks, intelligence and talents, sharing her pride in having him as a friend.
Funke on Tuesday shared a clip from Falz’s song ‘How Many,’ featuring Crayon, on her Instagram Story, showing her support for his work.
She captioned the post, “@Falzthebahdguy, I’m always proud to be your friend. You are so talented, super intelligent, kind, and handsome. Keep soaring, Folarin.”
Falz and Funke Akindele have a history of working together, most notably in the television series Jenifa’s Diary, where Falz portrayed Segun, Jenifa’s love interest, played by Funke.
Other casts included, Juliana Olayode, Lota Chukwu, Paschaline Alex Okoli, Jide Awobona, Tobi Makinde and JJC Skillz.
In April, Funke Akindele announced that her highly anticipated film Everybody Loves Jenifa, a spinoff from the Jenifa franchise, is set to premiere this December, further solidifying her influence in the industry
