Israel DMW, one of Davido’s aides, has said that he can take a bullet for the singer.
Israel said this in a video Davido shared on his Instagram story on Friday.
Calling on a certain god to kill him if he can’t take a bullet for the singer, he said: “If I no fit take abullet for you make ikpe kill em. Make I die. If I no fit take bullet for you. my oga.”
On August 2 2021 Davido’s aide asked Nigerians to help him beg his boss following the latter’s threat to sack him.
The man born Afeare Israel made the plea in an Instagram post.
Isreal had made comments regarding the ongoing investigation of Hushpuppi by the FBI and the alleged involvement of suspended police officer Abba Kyari.
His attempt to exonerate Kyari infuriated Davido who said in a social media post over the weekend that he wants to see Isreal’s sack letter.
“You people should kindly help me beg my oga not to sack me, through his personal lawyer Jiggy than adding to my current depression of pressuring him to send me off. What would be you people’s gains after 9 good years? I never knew of the gravity of my actions until Ubi Franklin personally called me to tell me. I’m very sorry sir,” Isreal DMW wrote on Instagram.
Davido forgave him days after.
