Jasmine Okafor, adopted daughter of actor Mr Ibu, has denied stealing from the comedian.
Recall that detectives at the Force Criminal Investigation Department Annex, Alagbion, Ikoyi, Lagos, recovered N50 million allegedly withdrawn from the hacked bank account of Mr Ibu.
The recovery led to the arrest of Ibu’s son, Onyebuchi Okafor and Jasmine whose real name is Jasmine Okekeagwu.
They were subsequently charged to court over conspiracy and stealing.
But in a recent Instagram post, Jasmine said she did not steal from the actor and the truth will come out in court.

“Ordinary one kobo I no touch! But you go no believe! So let’s court decide! Fun fact is even the accuser knows this truth! From Jasmine stole to Jasmine Connived, the story changed! But truth will come out in court,” she said while responding to a follower who asked of she stole from the 63-year-old.
