Fashion entrepreneur and blogger, Laura Ikeji, has revealed that she as received $21000 as a gift from a fan.
In a series of tweets defending how celebrities seem to have money, the 30-year-old disclosed that she has also recieved $8000 from another fan.

“A few months ago I got a $21,000 gift from a woman who told me how much her kids loved me, I also got an $8,000 gift from a customer who told me my page was healing for her. My point is, I’m not half as popular as some celebrities. I can imagine the gifts some of them get,” she wrote.
Her comments come in the wake of scrutiny on the luxurious lives led by celebrities in the wake of recent fraud allegations against Nigerians.
In April, Laura Ikeji narrated how her best friend did not call her for two years after she got engaged.

She is married to Christopher Kanu, the younger brother of Nigerian football legend, Nwankwo Kanu.
The couple had their court wedding on January 19, 2017, in Lagos.
They had their first son, Ryan, in July 2017 in a Texas hospital in the United States.
