Nollywood actor Titi Kuti has said that taking risks was part of the reason he took up the role of Ade Tiger in the film King of Boys
The 41-year-old said this in a recent interview with TV host Ebuka Ob-Uchendu.
“Adetiba is a risk-taker and I’m on board with that because I love taking positive risks. That’s why I took the role of ‘Ade Tiger’. It was just me maximizing myself, I believe you can be anything once you have the will and talent.
“There are actors who had a bigger marketing strategy for the movie but Kemi Adetiba just asked me ‘Will you do it not can you do it’ and I was willing to take that chance with her.
“I’m attracted to risk-takers and was willing to take that on my dream,” he said.
The actor, who portrayed a loyal servant to the protagonist Eniola Salami played by Sola Sobowale, has received praises from fans and colleagues for how well he interpreted the role.
