Comedian, Ali Baba, has revealed that he once commanded the former Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Victor Ombu, to stand up and he did.
The 55-year-old made this known on Thursday when he shared a picture of his old booking form from the year 2000 when he performed at the Naval base in Apapa Lagos during the Nigerian Navy end of year party.
He wrote, “#throwbackI still remember telling Vice Admiral Victor Ombu to stand up, and remain standing… and he did. Chai!!!!”
Ali Baba has shared recently several throwback posts from the early days of his career, on June 22 he shared a picture of his rate card from the ’90s.
Then on July 2, he shared pictures of some his old phones and revealed that stumbled on a chat between him and the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, when he was Chief of Staff to the then-Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu, while going through one of them.
