I wanted to have sex with Bobrisky – Portable

Singer Portable

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed that he once made advances toward crossdresser Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, thinking he was a woman.

The 31-year-old made the disclosure during an interview with Echo Room, explaining how he had initially messaged Bobrisky privately, unaware of his gender identity.

“Bobrisky is my friend. But we had issues because I advised him to stop portraying himself as a woman. His way of life is against the will of God.

“My intention was to toast Bobrisky and have sex with him, not knowing he’s not a woman. Bobrisky should forgive me if I offend him because I’m someone who always lives to speak the truth,” he said.

Portable and Bobrisky have been at odds since March 2024, when Bobrisky was named Best Dressed Female at the premiere of Ajakaju (Beasts of Two Worlds) and awarded N1 million.

Portable strongly opposed the decision, arguing that Bobrisky should not have been eligible for a female-specific title.

Bobrisky dismissed the criticism, describing Portable as envious and unfortunate.

Their rift deepened when Portable released a diss track titled ‘Brotherhood,’ in which he took shots at Bobrisky’s lifestyle and transition.

In the song, he called Bobrisky a “disgrace to brotherhood” and questioned his transformation into “sisterhood.”
