Actor Charles Okocha has declared his unwavering love for his wife, Mimi Okocha days after their wedding.
Charles shared several wedding photos on his Instagram page on Monday, celebrating his new union.
In the post he expressed his devotion writing, “My dear wife @mimi_okocha amo love you till the murfuckin wheels fall off.”
In a recent interview with Sunday Scoop, the actor revealed that he and Mimi have been in a private relationship since 2017.
“I am getting married because it’s only right for me to be married,” Charles stated. He added, “We have been dating since 2017, quietly, with no social media show of affection. She lives in America and is a nurse. So, it is true.”
Reflecting on his decision to settle down, Charles shared that after years of being a “baby daddy,” he felt it was the right time to take the next step.
“Marriage is a natural next step for me at this stage in my life,” he said.
When asked how his children responded to the news, the actor said, “My kids are very comfortable and happy with the news.”
The father of two from previous relationships made his wedding announcement on November 5, 2024, on Instagram, using the hashtag #MICHARLES2024.
The traditional wedding took place on November 9, surprising fans who were familiar with Charles’s past hesitations about marriage.
