Actress Ibinabo Fiberesima on Thursday shared photos of her rocking a traditional outfit to celebrate her birthday.
The 51-year-old shared photos of the outfit on Instagram as she celebrated another year of ‘being fabulous’.
“A Queen was born today, another year of being fabulous. Queen bae of the Niger Delta,” she wrote.
Fellow celebrities like Monalisa Chinda, Keppy Bassey, Mabel Makun and others wished her a happy birthday in the comment section of the post.
Ibinabo has been married twice and has three children.
She has two sons from her first marriage to TV producer Philip Trimnell produced two boys while she gave birth to a boy from an affair with fellow filmmaker Fred Amata.
Her ill-fated marriage to Uche Egbuka collapsed after two years without a child.
Ibinabo has also been in and out of jail for driving the vehicle that killed Dr Suraj Giwa along the Lekki-Epe express road in February 2006.
She was also sacked as president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) by a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos in 2015.
Her closeness to former President Goodluck Jonathan, however, gave several actors access to the State House.
She announced her defection from Jonathan’s Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in March 2019 to assist President Muhammadu Buhari “in his bid to move the nation forward.”
Ibinabo is the organiser of the Miss Earth beauty pageant in Nigeria.
