Co-pastor of House on the Rock Church Ifeanyi Adefarasin has reacted to the death of gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Osinachi, 42, was a lead singer at the Dunamis International Headquarters, Abuja. She died last Friday at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.
Speaking on her death in an Instagram post on Monday, Mrs Adefarasin said Osinachi was a gift and her transition leaves an indelible mark.
The pastor stated that her death will not be vain and though it hurts to lose her, there is comfort in knowing she is with her “heavenly father, singing along with the saints.”
Ifeanyi also prayed for her children, saying they will never lack.
She wrote: “Without a doubt, you were a gift to us. Your transition leaves an indelible mark, as men and women begin to re-evaluate their values and put their relationships in the right perspective.
“You death will not be in vain, even though it hurts that you left the way you did, nevertheless, we are comforted, knowing you are with our Heavenly Father, singing along with the saints.
“Your children will know no lack and the legacy of your ministry will continuously outlast your time on this side of existence. May your soul rest in perfect peace.”
