Pop star Davido has said that his late son Ifeanyi Adeleke has a younger brother.
The musician lost Ifeanyi after the latter drowned in a swimming pool in his father’s residence in Banana Island, Lagos, in October 2022.
Speaking with YouTuber Anas Bukhash, the ‘Unavailable’ singer said Ifeanyi has a “little brother.”
While the interviewer was talking about his daughters, Davido interrupted and said, “I have a son too. Like, Ifeanyi has a little brother.”
Asked what the boy’s name was, Davido said “Dawson.”
The singer was referring to the son he has with UK-based makeup artist Larissa London.
Dawson clocked three in March.
The famous singer fondly called ‘OBO’ said he regrets his son’s death.
He said, “I miss him every day. There are tears coming out of my eyes every morning. You don’t have to see it.”
Davido added that he once sold his billionaire father’s television sets, and almost sold his Rolls Royce car in Atlanta.
The 30-year-old, who is known for his style of giving out money to his fans, noted that if his father gives him a million dollars, he would reciprocate by giving everything out before 9pm of the same day.
Being the last of five children, he stressed that he used to follow his older siblings to nightclubs at the age of 15.
