Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo, was voted Man of the Match after scoring a wonder goal in a 5-0 victory over LASK on Thursday night.
It was the first goal in the Round of 16 first leg game played behind closed doors in Austria due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Ighalo controlled Bruno Fernandnes’ pass on the edge of the box, juggled the ball past a couple of defenders to work some space and then rifled home off the crossbar.
His teammates rushed to the pitch-side monitor to get another glimpse of Ighalo’s goal and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer certainly seemed to be impressed.
It is the former Super Eagles forward’s fourth goal since arriving Old Trafford on deadline day in January.
The Nigerian, who is on loan from Shanghai Greenland Shenhua, also provided the assist for the second goal, finished by Daniel James, and was unlucky not to add to his personal tally when showing great strength before rolling his effort against a post.
Fred’s incisive pass allowed Mata to roll in a third, while substitute’s Mason Greenwood and Andreas Pereira, added a fourth and fifth in injury time.
