Acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu, has ordered the immediate reversal of shift duty structure of the Nigeria Police Force.
Adamu made the change on Thursday at the Conference of Heads of Police Medical Facilities at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
The order means that the current 12-hours, 2-shifts system would be changed to the traditional 8-hours, 3-shifts system.
