Former Big Brother Naija housemate Angel Smith has said that she is disappointed that her fans insulted her because she could not make it to a meet and greet.
The 21-year-old lamented in an Instagram story on Sunday.
According to Angel, her team did everything possible to ensure her early arrival all to no avail, some fans however took to her inbox to insult her.
Angel further apologised to those who showed up but did not see her.
“Won’t lie that I’m not disappointed that I had DMS from people in my own fanbase insulting me. When my team and I were literally behind every scene pulling every string possible but goodnight and thanks to everyone that showed up and waited for me.
“Also apologising to everyone that came through for me at the airport and couldn’t see me. My flight is by 4 pm tomorrow I hope I can still get to meet y’all,” she wrote.
