Singer Omawumi has said she will not be having more children.
The 41-year-old said this in an Instagram post on Thursday after she shared photos of herself and her newborn goddaughter.
“See what The Lord Has Done!!! My name fit me(Awon womb watchers I’m the latest Aunt in town),” she captioned the photos.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, a follower and gospel singer named Asatta who seemed pleased with how the vocal coach carried the baby, pointed out that motherhood fits Omawumi.
“But big Sis, this thing fit you too much, see as you carry the pekin for arm,” she wrote
Responding Omawunmi said she is done with childbearing.
“@asattamusic my wife😂 I don hang coat o! If e like make e fit me die,” she replied.
Omawumi and her husband Tosin Yussuf have been legally married since 2015 and had their traditional ceremony in Warri, Delta State, in 2018.
The couple has two children.
