Actor Timini Egbuson has disclosed that he is not romantically involved with anyone, adding that his focus is solely on his acting career.
In an interview with Punch Saturday Beats, the 37-year-old heartthrob revealed that his commitment to Nollywood is unwavering.
“I am not in love with anyone, I am only in love with Nollywood—my craft and what I do on screen,” he said.
On the subject of love, Timini described it as a beautiful experience, advising people to embrace it without fear.
“Love is a beautiful thing, and I portray it a lot in my films. But I feel like when you’re falling in love, try and fall in love scared.
“Don’t overthink it because love is actually a good thing, despite the fact that it can have its ups and downs,” he shared.
Reflecting on his fondest Christmas memories, Timini recalled his childhood days.
“The most memorable Christmas I’ve ever had was when I was a kid. I remember the knockouts (fireworks).
“I also recall that things were so much simpler; there wasn’t social media, and it was just a happier time. Not to say that it’s not happy right now, but it was happier back then,” he said.
As for his holiday plans, the actor intends to use the season to recharge and unwind.
“The holiday season is a time to reconnect and recharge. I work very hard all year round. So, this is the time to let my hair down and breathe a little. It also means going to the beach,” he added.
Timini, who is the younger brother of actress Dakore Egbuson-Akande, has often sparked relationship rumors with fellow actress Bimbo Ademoye due to their on-screen chemistry in several romantic roles.
