Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, has said that he is proud of his daughter, DJ Cuppy, after she visited Maiduguri, Borno State.
DJ Cuppy was in Maiduguri on Wednesday for the first time as an Ambassador of Save The Children.

She called for support for children who have been affected by violence in the northern part of the country.
Mr Otedola said in a post on Instagram on Thursday that he was proud of the humanitarian work his daughter was doing.
“So proud of my daughter DJ @CuppyMusic, an Ambassador of Save The Children, who visited Maiduguri yesterday to comfort children victimised by conflict. God bless you Miss Gelato,” he said.

Otedola had recently praised DJ Cuppy for her latest single, Gelato, featuring indigenous rapper, Zlatan, calling her an ‘innovator’.
Gelato became a popular part of Nigerian lexicon when Cuppy revealed that she and her dad stopped over in Italy for an hour to get ice cream.
The stopover was part of the Otedola family’s European vacation in June/July.
