Omobewaji Ewatomi, the wife of controversial singer Portable, has responded to claims that she was assaulted by her husband.
Portable clocked 30 on Tuesday and Omobewaji celebrated him with a loving message on Instagram.
The celebration was, however, interrupted when a troll took to the comment section of the birthday post, claiming that Portable beats her yet she chose to stay in the marriage.
In her birthday message, Omobewaji wrote: “Happy birthday to the most amazing man in the world! You bring so much, joy, and happiness into my life. I am incredibly grateful for all the wonderful moments we’ve shared together. May this year be filled with endless blessings, laughter, and success. Cheers to another year of adventures and making beautiful memories together. I love you so much! baby. B!g 30th.”
“Amazing nd he dey give you serious beating, anyways long life to him,” the troll wrote in the comment section of the post.
Responding, Bewaji challenged the troll to use their real page to drop their comment. Not stopping there, she asked the troll to reveal what goes on in their own marriage.
According to Portable’s wife, she is still in the singer’s house because of her children and to avoid having multiple kids for multiple fathers.
She wrote: “If they born your mama well, can you please tell us what you are going through in your own home?
“If I stay in my husband’s house till now, na because of my children, because I can’t be among people like you with five children and five fathers. Anything I see in my husband’s house na because of my children tomorrow, werey.”
