Nigeria striker, Imoh Fred Friday, continued his impressive form with another goal for Lillestrom in the 1-1 draw with Aalesund in the Norwegian Tippeligaen on Thursday evening.
Imoh, 20, who is top scorer in the Scandinavian nation, notched his fifth of the season – with that number coming in his last four for the club.
Fresh from scoring in the 2-2 draw against Haugesund on the road on Friday, the youngster grabbed another vital goal at the Åråsen Stadion for The Canaries.
He struck in the 38th minute – finishing up a beautiful through pass from Mohamed Ofkir to put the home side in front.
But his joy was short-lived when Franck Boli grabbed an equaliser for the visitors one minute later – which meant both teams would have to settle for a share of the spoils.
Imoh featured for the whole duration of the game – meaning he has played in every minute of all Lillestrom’s six games thus far.
The draw takes Runar Kristinsson’s side to eight on the log with seven points after racking up a single win, four draws and one defeat.
Next up for the LSK no 23 is a trip to Odd on Sunday.
