Infinix Nigeria has offered its latest device, Infinix Hot 40, to a woman simply known as Debbie who was criticised on X for saying that she wakes up at 4.50 am daily to cook for her husband.
Otherwise referred to as Mummy Zee, the woman began trending on social media after she shared on X how she started waking up at 4:50 am to cook for her husband when her husband told her his female colleague brought two spoons with her food so that they could eat together.
The tweet generated controversy as some users condemned her for the act while others praised her for the sacrifice of rising early to cook for her husband.
On Saturday, Mummy Zee posted on X some photos of household items gifted to her family by the public because of the sacrifice she makes for her husband. The photos were taken with an Infinix phone.
Reacting to this, Infinix wrote, “Hi, #_Debbie_OA we love that you use one of our Phones currently.
“With that in mind, we would love you to experience the features of our latest device: The Infinix Hot 40 How does that sound?”
Responding to the tweet, Mummy Zee wrote, “Dear #InfinixNigeria Hope it’s for me and my husband?”
“Sure, we’ve got both of you covered! You two need to experience the Infinix Hot 40,” the smartphone company wrote.
Nigerians have also donated money and different items to her family.
There are also claims of Mummy Zee and her husband getting remote jobs after her viral posts.
